Constable James Budd is a thirteen-year member of the Calgary Police Service and has worked in patrol, firearms and tactics training, and as an operator in an undercover unit.
During this time, James worked part-time as a specialty munitions operator in the Public Safety Unit (PSU) and continues to volunteer his time to help fellow officers through Peer Suppor
Before becoming a police officer, James served in the Regular Forces with the Royal Canadian Dragoons (RCD) in Ontario and New Brunswick. James was deployed to Afghanistan in 2005
James enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, and his Labrador retriever.
